Refrigerator, stove, heat, hot water, water, sewer, and trash included
Tenants pay for electric, phone, Wi-Fi, cable and parking
Elevator, community room and coin-operated laundry room
The following waiting lists are currently closed: Goepp Street Apartments, Public Housing (Howard Jones Manor and Oliver Border House properties), and HCV (Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 Program).
Applicants are placed on the waiting list by number or preference points, highest to lowest: then, within each category by the date the application was received. Please be advised the positions numbers are subject to change daily.
Goepp Street Apartments do not have preference points and applications will be processed in the order of the date and time received.
