Goepp Street Apartments waiting list is closed to any new applicants as of July 15th, 2025 at 4:00PM.
All Waiting Lists for all Northampton County Housing Authority programs (Public Housing- Howard Jones Manor and Oliver Border House), as well as the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV/Section 8) waiting list is currently closed. The Housing Authority will announce when the waiting list for a particular program will be re-opened in the local newspaper and on our website 2 weeks prior to opening.
Applicants are placed on the waiting list by number or preference points, highest to lowest: then, within each category by the date the application was received. Please be advised the positions numbers are subject to change daily.
Goepp Street Apartments do not have preference points and applications will be processed in the order of the date and time received.
